Manchester United Legend Rio Ferdinand has challenged Eden Hazard to step up his game at Chelsea.
The Belgium international playmaker is regarded as one of the League’s top attackers and he played a major role in helping his side to win the Premier League title under Italian tactician Antonio Conte last campaign.
Eden Hazard has earned a good reputation as one of Europe’s finest attackers and has been strongly linked with a likely switch to Spanish La Liga champions Real Madrid in recent years.
However, like some of his team-mates, the Belgian attacker suffered a dip in form in the 2015-16 League season as the Blues slumped to 10th-placed finish in the English Premier League.
And Rio Ferdinand feels that the forward still has a lot of work to do to prove that he’s one of the best players in the world in attacking position.
Eden Hazard will be expecting to start for Chelsea when they return to English Premier League duty on Sunday with a crucial clash against rivals Manchester United at the Bridge.
The reigning Premier League Champions are aiming to return to winning ways after the disappointment of their 3-0 defeat to AS Roma in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
