Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger has reportedly charged the club’s scouting chief to keep a close watch on  Benfica’s 21-year-old winger, Andrija Zivkovic, and he the club have sent Luis Boa Morte to monitor the youngster’s progress with the Portuguese giants.

According to Record, Boa More — who is a Portugal-based scout —  had already watched Zivkovic played in seven different occasions but that seems not enough to Wenger who almost sign the winger in 2016 when he was playing for Partizan Belgrade.

Zivkovic is  the youngest players in the Serbian national team and he would be hoping he makes the cut as part of the players heading to the summer world cup which will Kick-start in two months time in Russia

In his first season at Benfica, Zivkovic played 24 matches, scoring one goal and creating 11 chances which were converted by his teammates. He has featured in 25 matches this season, scoring three goals and assisting five times in the process.

The young winger is yet to comment on the rumors linking him to Emirates stadium but he would surely love to play in one of the best clubs in Europe.
