Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is certain about his Chelsea job despite regular speculations linking him out of the West London Club.
According to the Italian while speaking to reporters over his future at Chelsea, it is “normal” to be linked out of a club when you are not getting the results you hope for as a coach.
“I think this is normal. This is normal. This is our job. Our life. As you know very well, our job is very difficult for this reason because you stay, not every day… actually, this season every day… you stay in balance.” he said.
“It’s normal to have a lot of speculation around you. But this is normal. This ismy job. We have to live with this pressure, with this type of situation. I have great respect for everyone. It’s right to have this type of situation.” he concluded.
Though there are numerous reports that suggest that the manager would be replaced by Allegri, Conte reiterated that he would see off his deal with the Blues.
With Conte’s revelation, Chelsea fans should be ready to have the former Premier League winner for another season base on the years in his contract with the Blues.
Meanwhile, Antonio Conte is hoping is team beats Liverpool to a top-four finish so as to qualify for next season’s Champions League playoff spot.
The Blues will battle in-form Newcastle in the last match of the season on Sunday. Conte’s men must defeat the Magpies while they hope that Liverpool lost to Burnley at the Anfield stadium for them to have a taste of European action in the 2018-19 season.
