Manchester United Move Swiftly For Prolific Playmaker

Manchester United Move Swiftly For Sergej Milinkovic Savic.

The rumors about United’s move for Lazio star Milinkovic-Savic is becoming too rampant among rumour mongers and that means the Red Devils might end up winning his signature anytime soon.

The Serbian midfielder has been in the news for some time now as he’s being linked with different high-profile clubs including Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Juventus.

The latest report via Italian newspaper Il Messaggero claims that Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has intensified his move for the 23-year-old midfielder so as to beat other suitors to his signature.

According to the media outlet, as translated by talkSPORT, United’s delegates are presently in talks with their Serie A counterparts over the possibility of luring the impressive midfielder to Old Trafford this summer.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are also reported to have held a round-table discussion with the player’s representative so as to bring him to Santiago Bernabeu as part of their overhauling process.

Though Lazio haven’t set their price tag on his signature, transfermarkt valued him at £46m but that figure could be increased by Lazio, considering his experience as a World Cup player.

He featured in all the three group matches played by Serbia but he wasn’t lively enough to help the team advance to the knockout stages of the competition as the finish third in their group.

Turkish side eyes a swoop for Chelsea player in January

Olivier Giroud

Besiktas are showing interest in signing Chelsea player and World Cup winner Olivier Giroud.

The Chelsea forward’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season but unless the London Club renews his contract, he would have to join the Turkish club.
