Chelsea Desperate To Offload Alvaro Morata; Set His Price Tag.

The Blues are set to partway with Spain international Alvaro Morata this summer after a forgettable season with the player.

The Blues broke their transfer record when they paid €85m to Real Madrid for Morata’s signature last summer but things didn’t turn out as expected for the Blues, who are now hoping they could Cash-in on his signature this summer.

After a brilliant start to his debut season at Stamford Bridge, Morata surprisingly failed to live up to his usual standard as he witnessed a dry spell in front of goal.

After scoring five goals in his first six matches with the Blues, the 26-year-old was able to add just 10 goals to his tally throughout the last season, leading to speculations that he could be shown the exit door by the club’s hierarchy.

Juventus have shown their desire to re-sign Morata on a permanent deal this season, according to Tutto Sports last month.

The Old Lady enjoyed his two-year loan spell with them and they are now looking at the prospect of signing him permanently from the Blues but they face huge competition from their Rivals AC Milan.

However, according to Sky Sports, Chelsea have told the two Serie A giants to pay £62m for his signature.

AC Milan are said to be leading the race for the player and Chelsea have told the Rossoneri to meet the price tag of $82m(£62m) if they must get the transfer target.
