Manchester United To Sack Mourinho, Two Games Into the Season

Manchester United boss José Mourinho is facing a turbulent time as United manager. The Portuguese manager joined the Red Devils three seasons ago but he could be heading out of the club before the end of this season.

He is currently not in good terms with his influential midfielder Paul Pogba and that hasn’t gone well with the club’s hierarchy, who are ready to do anything to keep the Frenchman.

Apart from the reported rift going on in the dressing room, the Portuguese manager has failed to get the desired result in yesterday’s encounter.

The Portuguese manager saw his team crumbled to a 3 – 2 defeat to Brighton on Sunday and that fuelled speculations he could be sacked.

According to reports making headlines in the early hours the day, United board members led by Ed Woodward are beginning to lost their trust in Mourinho’s leadership and could be forced to sacking him in the coming month.

Though Mourinho is a very controversial manager who attracts media for the wrong reasons, he is an established manager with an impressive record.

It remains unknown who would be considered as the perfect replacement for the former Chelsea boss, however, reports are claiming that former Real Madrid manager Zidane is the best candidate for the job.

Since Mourinho took over the team, he has won a Europa League trophy and one FA Cup title.
