Arsenal Kit For London Derby Clash With Fulham Revealed

Arsenal will wear their navy blue away kit for the London Derby clash with Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday.

The Gunners will return to their usual kits for away games after they played Thursday night’s Europa League clash at Azerbaijani outfit Qarabag in their home kits.

Arsenal also had to change their white shots to red to prevent a clash with the light grey shorts worn by the Qarabag shot-stopper.

The North Londoners had to wear red shirts and red shorts for the game instead of the traditional red shirt and white shorts.

The kit change turned out to be a good thing as the Gunners secured a second successive group stage win in this year’s Europa League via a 3-0 victory courtesy goals from Sokratis Papasthathopoulos, Emile Smith-Rowe and Matteo Guendouzi.

Summer signing Bernd Leno is expected to make his first Premier League start against the Cottagers in place of first-choice goalkeeper Petr Cech who has been ruled out for up to one month following the hamstring injury he sustained in the last league game against Watford.

The German international will wear purply-pink strip for the Fulham game as he bids to help the Gunners record a ninth consecutive win in all competitions.
